My last 18 months of life chronical will be incomplete without the mention of this man. It was not long before I met him, I realised extraordinary people do exist. I'm in complete awe of this doctor for his expertise, persona, and temperament. I met Dr.Jaka for the first time in Nov 2020. I was already going through the treatment then. Had consulted a handful of notable doctors prior to that and they all had one opinion about my condition. Therefore, I was against the idea of consulting more doctors when my friends mentioned about him. However, I agreed to visit him for the only reason that he is an alumnus of "Navodaya". That moment changed everything. On my first consultation, he spent more than an hour reviewing my case history thoroughly. And said, I can beat the odds as opposed to what doctors had said earlier. I was happy but not overjoyed as I wasn’t too hopeful still. I met for the second time along with my family. After discussing with him, my folks were convinced for the surgery as well. Surgery date was set. I got admitted to the hospital. He operated me on Dec 2nd 2020 and did the best possible. Everything looked good for a day. Next day onwards I started developing different complications every single day. Here is what he did during the next 28 days while I was laying there with 6-7 odd pipes stuck into my body, with antibiotics flowing into my vein all through the day and those beeping machines,1.He visited me every single day. Didn’t take any weekly off, not even Christmas holiday, above all he skipped his BIL’s engagement for his patient. 2.He was available 24/7 either physically in the hospital or over the phone. 3.During those awful days, many times I begged him, tried to reason with him to put me to sleep. (It’s not legal in India). He didn't get angry instead he sat there listening to me and would say “I promise tomorrow would be a better day”.4.When my worried family would ask him the same questions repeatedly, he would answer them with the same composure each time.5.One day, on a late evening, when CT showed a leak inside, he performed another surgery to fix it @ 10:30 in the night although it could wait till morning. In gist, he is a skilled surgeon who defines the word ‘Doctor’, comes with abundance of patience, soft spoken, composed and smiling. You rarely come across such a combination. 10 months since my surgery, I’m delighted that I took his advice. He is my go-to person for every nuisance I face medically. Today I walk 4kms a day, drive and thinking of going hiking, cycling. I was looking for a miracle and it came in the name of ‘Rajshekar C Jaka’ for me. I still have unfinished businesss with doctor 😊. He is certain it will all be sorted out.Kavitha Parameshwarappa

My wife was diagnosed with significant fibroids, leading us to seek consultations from various doctors across different hospitals. The services that I receive from Dr anitha is excellent, did a great job with my mom's operation of uterus removal which was affected from multiple fibroids and she was suffering from severe pain when we recharged out her . She explained everything to me in a very clear manner and was also kind and friendly, She is a wonderful surgeon, and the staff of the SS Sparsh was always helpful and kind. Dr Anitha N ensured we had a smooth procedure, surgery, and follow-up. I am so glad I chose Dr Anitha N and would highly recommend to anyone.

I booked an appointment for Dr Satish Kumar S at SS Sparsh hospital. The appointment was confirmed for 4th March 12:15PM. I reached the hospital on time. By the time I parked my vehicle and walked over to the hospital reception it was 12:20PM and the helpdesk personnel is informing me that the doctor will be available only at 2PM. However he also told me that the consultation time is from 10AM to 3PM, but the doctor leaves hospital in between at times. Sadly this was one of those times.

Note that I took break from my work for an hour and drove 6KMs for this appointment. They tried to set an appointment with another endocrinologist, but after the helpdesk person spoke to her on phone she confirmed that I will have to wait for Dr Satish till 2PM.

Not sure who is at fault here, the hospital, the doctor or me who didn't "anticipate" the delay of five mins.

I am Nalini 43 years old with Fibroid issue making worse everyday. the specialists I went Dr. Anita and her team for all the attention and explain everything in detail and simplified way. The security and confidence that they gave me was what made me have the operation.

After almost a month of surgery the care received careful and considerate at all times, and her team, always so attentive and available and I am immensely grateful for her responsibility and professionalism.

very amazing doctor! she treated me really well.. highly recommend her.. but there is one small issue. its very tough to get an appointment because the hospital hardly pick the call up quickly.. can be very frustrating to wait for very long time- sometimes close to 25 mins

Lorraine Ma’am explains in detail about the existing condition and always replies back patiently. Both my parents were Covid affected and ma’am guided us throughout never even tiring once to answer our queries. One of the most experienced doctor with immense knowledge. We sailed through the storm of covid 19 thanks to the doctor 😊
